Glazed acoustic partitions: elegance and functionality for modern architecture

The combination of aesthetics and acoustic comfort plays a crucial role in architecture and interior design today. One innovative solution that meets these requirements is acoustic walls with double glazing. What benefits do they bring and why should they be part of your projects?

Acoustic insulation without compromise

In modern office and commercial premises, noise pollution is one of the most common problems. Traditional partitions often either provide poor sound insulation or create visually cumbersome barriers. However, double glass walls offer the perfect balance between acoustics and design.

With our DEXO GS II. glass partitions, a soundproofing of up to 56 dB can be achieved, which makes it possible to create a quiet working environment without visually enclosing the space.

Different types of double glazing for different needs

For double glazing, there are several types of DEXO glass partitions to meet specific project requirements:

  • Design: sleek and modern partitions with a soundproofing of 41 to 52 dB, offering the perfect combination of acoustics and good looks.
  • Grid: partitions with a grid design that combine aesthetics with high acoustic insulation. They achieve a sound insulation of up to 55 dB.
  • Slim: Our design innovation, a glass wall with a minimalist 4mm grid, for spaces where the emphasis is on an original look.
  • Aku: Acoustic partitions that are designed for maximum sound insulation. Boasting soundproofing up to 56dB, they are ideal for offices and conference rooms.
  • Flamo: Aesthetic fire walls that, in addition to acoustic properties (Rw = 47 to 53 dB), also meet fire standards (El 30 / El 60) and ensure safety in the event of a fire.

Each of these types of glazed walls is designed with the customer's specific needs and requirements in mind. Architects appreciate flexibility and minimalism. Double glazed acoustic partitions can be adapted to a wide range of interiors - from office buildings to educational and healthcare facilities to luxury residences.

Hidden profiles for clean design

We also offer hidden profiles for an absolutely clean look. Glass walls without visible metal profiles create a minimalist and elegant look. Concealed profiles are the ideal choice for projects where the emphasis is on visual simplicity and uninterrupted transparency of the space.

Rounded glass partitions

To go one step further, our curved glass walls bring a new dimension to any interior. This option is particularly suitable for modern offices and residences where the emphasis is on visual harmony.

Sustainability and innovation

Modern glass systems are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally friendly. We are implementing our first projects with ORAÉ® glass. It is a glass with a reduced carbon footprint (-42 %) compared to standard glass. It is made from up to 64 % of recycled glass. Renewable energy sources are used in the production process.

The elegant border between silence and light

If you are looking for a solution that combines modern design with high functionality, glazed acoustic partitions, hidden profiles and curved glass walls are the right elements for your project. Create a space where light flows in and noise stays out.
